WHAT IS KRAK? A CANDY, OFTEN CALLED HONEYCOMB OR SEAFOAM, MADE BY MELTING SUGAR, CORN SYRUP, HONEY AND BAKING SODA TOGETHER.
Chocolate Krak is the creation of Lisa Renoe, a self taught chef and chocoholic. Because of a craving for a chocolate candy that couldn’t be satisfied by anything on the market, and the serendipitous discovery of a seafoam recipe, chocolate krak was born. After many months of trial and error, she finally was satisfied with, what is, today’s current product. After years of gifting it to family and friends, Lisa finally took the plunge and began selling it to retail stores.
Krak is a honeycomb candy also known as “seafoam” dipped in high quality dark or milk chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt. They now have 4 flavors and are constantly experimenting with new seasonal flavors. Ingredients are GMO and gluten free, and the candy is made in a gluten free facility.
