Nicola “Pa” Scaffetta immigrated to the United States from Vasto, Italy in the early 1900’s with a few recipes and a dream of raising his family in America. Our family has added to these recipes for nearly 100 years and used them in our restaurants since Luigi and Glennis Scaffetta opened Luigi’s in Chickasha, OK in 1951. Nicholas and Cindy Scaffetta used these recipes in their restaurant, Nicoli’s Steakhouse in Anadarko, OK and we offer our products to you for your family’s enjoyment.
