Our Olive leaves come directly from the mountain farm of Tommaso Masciantonio. They are harvested and air dried to make a slightly bitter greenish tea, a bit like a strong green leaf tea. Olive leaves are known for their very high antioxidant content. Olive leaf tea has an invigorating flavor for drinking any time of day, especially in the morning. The brewed tea can also be used as a braising liquid for seafoods or even chicken.
