Allemandi - Organic Paccheri Pasta, Durum Wheat
A new bronze-die extruded pasta line from Allemandi of Piedmont is made with durum wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. The mountains surrounding Piemonte are known as a pristine source of water and add to the flavor and quality of this pasta. The label features a renowned landmark in Torino, the Mole Antonelliana, serving to further highlight the regionality of this line. Paccheri is excellent with a fresh tomato sauce with ricotta stirred in right before serving or try stuffing the par-cooked pasta with mushrooms, thyme, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to make a baked pasta dish.
