A new bronze-die extruded pasta line from Alemandi of Piedmont is made with durum wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. The mountains surrounding Piemonte are known as a pristine source of water and add to the flavor and quality of this pasta. The label features a renowned landmark in Torino, the Mole Antonelliana, serving to further highlight the regionality of this line. Trecce is a play on the word braid in Italian referencing the shape of the pasta. Try with a creamy pesto or with spicy sausage.
