In partnership with an Emilia-Romagna based pastificio Maurizio Allemandi presents two regional tortellini: Tortellini with Spinach and Ricotta, Tortellini with Cheese.

These are shelf-stable dried tortellini made with fragrant egg pasta dough, and a typical touch of nutmeg.

The classic spinach and ricotta cheese stuffed tortellini a full of flavor and make an ideal easy week night meal. Try served with our Casina Rossa Alfredo White Sauce or Sugo alla Vodka. Also excellent in the classic broth or brodo.
