A traditional spice rub that transcends borders, it’s sustainably and cooperatively grown, harvested, and blended by Palestinian and Israeli women building deep connections over food. Sprinkle it atop labne or whipped feta before scooping with warm pita, toss it with chickpeas and bake until crisp, or use it as the first ingredient in your house salad dressing (but make extra, you’ll want extra).
