Allemandi - ORGANIC Fusilli Pasta, 500g
A new bronze-die extruded pasta line from Alemandi of Piedmont is made with organic durum wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. The mountains surrounding Piemonte are known as a pristine source of water and add to the flavor and quality of this pasta. The label features a renowned landmark in Torino, the Mole Antonelliana, serving to further highlight the regionality of this line. This organic Fusilli is ideal for both heavier and lighter sauces such as simple tomato and basil sauces or heartier Sugo alla Genovese.
