Noble Handcrafted is inspired by the desire to merge craft and design to create beautiful, unique and delicious foods. Noble procures medium amber grade Maple syrup from heritage sugar shacks in the ancient maple orchards of Québec. The syrup is then matured in Tuthilltown charred American oak barrels, with just a hint of raw Tuthilltown bourbon. This combination and process produces a distinct bourbon, maple and oak flavored syrup.
In a spirit of collaboration Noble partnered with a 3rd generation Truffle dynasty from the Umbria region of Italy. Noble embarked on this endeavor with the goal to create a line of bespoke truffle products defined by finesse & balance. Their efforts have created a product line that is used in some of the most respected kitchens & by some of the most celebrated chefs in the world. Noble hopes you will enjoy the results of their collaboration of mastery, technique & craft in your own kitchen.
