"Instead of sweet milk chocolate, we use a rich, lucious, bittersweet chocolate blend that truly compliments the pistachio and crisp shredded kataifi filling. And while we are talking about the filling, every version of the Dubai Bar that I have tried uses a pre-made, very sweet pistachio cream. Given that we were both trying to reduce the sweetness and also stick to our “we make everything from scratch” ethos, our pistachio cream is made fresh here in our kitchens from premium fresh pistachio nuts."
