This new line of organic, bronze-die extruded long pastas are handcrafted by Maurizio of Allemandi, a trained chef and pastaio from Piemonte. This bucatini is made with organic Umbrian wheat and certified Aqua di Piemonte mountain water. Umbrian wheat is a high-quality durum semolina with a high protein content, giving the pasta an impeccable texture. This bucatini is excellent with rich tomato sauces, like amatriciana, Neopolitan ragu, pasta con le sarde, and tomato based seafood sauces like allo scoglio.
