A classic trahana, uniquely flavored with fresh yogurt. Specially selected soft wheat flour is kneaded with fresh cow’s milk, giving the trahana its signature sourish taste, and then naturally air-dried. You can use it in savory pie fillings.
Since 1969, Agrozimi has produced traditional Greek grain-based foods in Pella, Macedonia, Greece.
