In partnership with an Emilia-Romagna based pastificio Maurizio Allemandi presents two regional tortellini: Tortellini with Spinach and Ricotta, Tortellini with Cheese.
These are shelf-stable dried tortellini made with fragrant egg pasta dough, and a typical touch of nutmeg.
The aromatic ricotta cheese stuffed tortellini burst with flavor. Tryserved with either tomato sauce or in the classic broth or brodo.
